The Wine, Women & Pickleball event includes a fundraiser for The Little Red Door Cancer Agency. Christine Best, one of the GNRC board members and former Tournament Director with the APA (Amateur Pickleball Association) was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and was offered the opportunity to run this tournament as a fundraiser. Twenty years ago, Christine had a breast cancer scare. As a struggling single mom, she reached out to the Little Red Door - a saving grace that covered all her medical expenses.
